Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on February 14, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create an outpatient infusion room in an existing oupatient space on the third floor..

Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-23-1231.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement and penthouse, which is partially sprinklered.
