Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on June 6, 2024, and completed on June 7, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace and add new Pyxis equipment on the ground, first, second, third, fourth, and fifth floors.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is partially sprinklered.
