Based on an unannounced Medicare Recertification Survey completed on September 4, 2024, at Lecom Health Corry Memorial Hospital (Rural Health Clinic), it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing business occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 485.623 (d).

This is a one-story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood building, that is not sprinklered.
