Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 5, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final onsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations for interior renovation to patient wings to convert the existing patient rooms to all private rooms, making the 73-bed facility into a 46-bed facility. Included is the conversion of common shower rooms to staff support areas and cosmetic upgrades of the remaining interior spaces. This final inspection closes out this project.

This is a one story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood-frame building, that is fully sprinklered.
