Based on an Offsite Revisit to a Recertification/Relicensure Survey completed on July 14, 2023, it was determined that Fresenius Medical Care Abramson was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ESRD health care facility. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 494.60(e)(1).
This is a two-story, Type II (111) protected, non-combustible building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
