Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on September 26, 2023, at Crozer Endoscopy Center (a Department of Crozer Chester Medical Center), it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, which is fully sprinklered.
