Based on a Occupancy Survey completed on March 26, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This onsite final occupancy survey was conducted for alterations create an acute rehabilitation unit on the 4th and 5th floors of the 12 component. There is cosmetic work on the third floor (Fire Proofing) and some support space for the fifth floor will extend into the North building 01 component.

H-23-0574, and H-23-0650.
This is a five story, Type II (222) fire resistive structure, which is partially sprinklered.
