Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on July 11, 2022, at LVHN-East Stroudsburg Ambulatory Surgery Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a two story, Type II (111), protected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
