Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on August 22, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the attic dry sprinkler system. Refer to Drawing Number; H-23-0402.
This is a one-story, Type V (000), unprotected wood frame construction, which is fully sprinklered.
