Based on a Recertification/Relicensure Survey completed on March 6, 2023, at Geisinger Healthplex State College Outpatient Surgery and Endoscopy Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a two story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
