Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on November 2, 2023, at Geisinger Medical Center Outpatient Surgery Woodbine, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 28 Pa Code 569.2.
This is a one story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
