1993 Outpatient Service Building
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 6, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final offsite occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to create an outpatient patient care station for the existing CT.
Refer to Drawing Number H-23-1132.
This is a three story, Type II, fire resistive building which is fully sprinklered.
