Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 3, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to relocate the Sleep Lab, from the 5th floor to a vacant area on the 2nd floor.

This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, which is fully sprinklered.
