Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on September 11, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace an existing PET CT with a non-PET CT. Hospital will no longer have a PET CT.

This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, which is fully sprinklered.
