Replacement Building
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on June 15, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final onsite Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert a current CT Scan room and Control room into two ED Treatment Rooms and a supply room.
Refer to Drawing Number: H-23-0224 and H-23-0637.
This is a two story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
