Initial comments:


Based on an Occupancy survey completed at Messiah Lifeways at Messiah Village on February 27, 2019, to inspect rooms 256, 266, 272, and 276 on the Asper unit it was determined that there were no deficiencies, related to the Health portion of the survey, identified under the requirements of 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart B Requirements for Long Term Care Facilities and the 28 PA Code, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Long Term Care Licensure Regulations. Occupancy was granted.
