Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on November 21, 2018, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing long term health care occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new addressable system, including new carbon monoxide detectors.

This is a two-story, Type V (111), protected wood frame structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
