Based on a Revisit to a Medicare/Medicaid Recertification Survey completed on October 23, 2018, it was determined that Conner-Williams Nursing Home (Main Building) was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 483.90(a).

This is a two-story,Type V (111), protected wood frame structure, with a basement and unused attic space, which is fully sprinklered.

Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 483.90(a).

This is a two-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, which is fully sprinklered.
