This report identifies the findings of an on-site complaint investigation conducted on November 7, 2007 by staff of the Division of Drug and Alcohol Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, it has been determined that the allegations could not be substantiated. Therefore, no plan of correction is required.
