INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on October 10, 2014 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against RHD Montgomery County Methadone Center were unable to be substantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
