This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on June 11, 2019 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention and Treatment, Program Licensure Division. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Huntinton Creek Recovery Center was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the capacity increase request.
