This report is a result of an telephone complaint investigation conducted on September 22, 2022 by staff from the Bureau of Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the telephone complaint investigation, Avenues Recovery Center of Bucks LLC, was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
