This report is a result of an on-site licensure renewal inspection and for the approval to use a narcotic agent, specifically buprenorphine in the treatment of narcotic addiction. The inspection was conducted on April 29-30, 2015 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, Malvern Institute for Psychiatric and Alcoholic Services Willow Grove was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. There were no areas of noncompliance, therefore, no plan of correction is required.
