This report is a result of an initial on-site physical plant inspection regarding a facility relocation. The inspection was conducted on October 8, 2019 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention and Treatment. Based on the findings of the physical plant inspection, Blueprints for Addiction Recovery Inc., was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility, specifically 28 Pa. Code Subsection 705.1. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required. The facility will be notified via a separate letter of the determination regarding the facility expansion request.
Since this is a physical plant inspection regarding a facility relocation, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
