This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted on May 2, 2014 by staff from the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. Retreat at Lancaster County PA, LLC was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required. The facility will be notified by a separate letter of the determination regarding the capacity increase request.
