This report is a result of an on-site physical plant inspection conducted for a capacity increase request. The inspection was conducted from November 29, 2011 to December 1, 2011 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the on-site inspection, St. Joseph Institute, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this inspection.
