INITIAL COMMENTS
 
This report is a result of a complaint investigation conducted on August 11, 2014 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the complaint investigation, the allegations against St. Joseph Institute were unsubstantiated. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified during this investigation and no plan of correction is required.
