This report is a result of a presurvey review process to add the short term detoxification activity to an existing residential rehabilitation treatment facility. The presurvey review was completed on February 16, 2012 by staff from the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Based on the findings of the presurvey review process St. Joseph Institute was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the addition of an inpatient non-hospital short-term detoxification activity to the existing inpatient non-hospital residential rehabilitation treatment facility.
Since this was the presurvey process, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
