This report is a result of an initial licensure inspection conducted on 3/1/19 by staff from the Bureau of Quality Assurance for Prevention & Treatment. Based on the findings, The Ranch Pennsylvania was found to be in compliance with the applicable chapters of 28 PA Code which pertain to the facility. Therefore, no deficiencies were identified, and no plan of correction is required.
As this was the initial inspection conducted, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance.
