This report is a result of an on-site inspection conducted on August 7, 2008 by staff of the Division of Drug and Alcohol Program Licensure. Since this inspection focused on providing technical assistance in the provision of narcotic treatment at Pyramid Healthcare York Pharmacotherapy Services, not all regulations were reviewed. During future inspections, all regulations will be reviewed for compliance. No deficiencies were identified during this inspection and no plan of correction is required.
