Plan of Correction
All clinicians were reminded that, per DAPL regulation 711.93(a)(6), aftercare plans must be completed for all clients who are leaving formal treatment. If a client leaves treatment AMA, refuses to participate in an aftercare plan, or is being referred to another facility for further treatment, an aftercare plan does not need to be completed, however, this action should be documented in the client record. The facility director will be responsible for implementing the plan of correction and for monitoring for ongoing compliance. |
